TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) controls actin, a key protein that gives cells their shape and helps them move. This helps cells travel to injured spots. It also lowers swelling (inflammation) and helps new blood vessels form. BPC-157 adds more docking spots (receptors) for growth factors like VEGF, FGF and EGF. These are signals that help tissue grow. This peptide also helps new blood vessels grow and helps tendons and ligaments repair. It helps heal the gut lining and helps protect nerves. The two peptides work well together. TB-500 gets repair cells moving, while BPC-157 speeds up healing in the tissue itself.
Notes
20 mg vial (10 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500). Mixing with 2 mL bac water gives 5 mg/mL of each peptide: 5 units (0.05 mL) = 250 mcg of each, and 10 units (0.1 mL) = 500 mcg of each. Start low for the first 1–2 weeks to see how it is handled, then raise the dose if needed. A cycle is 4–8 weeks (up to 12 weeks for long-lasting problems), then 2–4 weeks off.
Each peptide on its own has been studied a lot. TB-500 and BPC-157 are among the most studied healing peptides. There is little human research on this exact blend.
