Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada from inside Canada. Your order does not cross a border, so there are no customs delays or extra import problems.
We pack orders safely and in plain, private packaging. We also ship to Canada Post FlexDelivery addresses and PO boxes.
How long does shipping take, do I get a tracking number?
Orders placed Monday to Friday are packed and shipped the same day. We send all packages by Canada Post Xpresspost. They usually arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on where they are going and any carrier delays.
Every order comes with tracking, so you can follow your package from the day it ships until it arrives. We usually email tracking details within one business day after your order is confirmed. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. An outside, third-party lab tests every batch for purity and quality. You can find the test details on each product's page — please look them over before you buy.
How do I mix (reconstitute) a peptide?
Use our Reconstitution Calculator. It shows how much bacteriostatic water to add and how much to draw for any vial size. Each peptide page also has full dosing and schedule details.
