Tesamorelin attaches to GHRH receptors (docking spots) on the pituitary, a small gland at the base of the brain. This makes the gland release growth hormone (GH) in natural pulses. GH and IGF-1 levels then rise. This supports fat breakdown, especially deep belly fat. It also helps keep lean muscle, improves skin and tissue quality, and supports the brain.
