Where we ship

We ship across Canada, from inside Canada. Your order never crosses a border, so there are no customs delays or extra import problems.

We deliver to home and business addresses. We also ship to Canada Post FlexDelivery pickup spots and PO boxes.

Shipping rates

All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Free Xpresspost shipping on orders over $199. The $199 is checked against your order total after any discounts or coupons are taken off.
• $20 flat rate Xpresspost on orders at or below that amount.

When your order ships

Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

We send all packages by Canada Post Xpresspost. They usually arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on where they go and any carrier delays. Delivery times are estimates from Canada Post. We do not guarantee them.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking, so you can follow your package from the day it ships until it arrives. We usually email tracking details within one business day after your order is confirmed. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Packaging

We pack orders safely and in plain, private packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box shows what is inside.

Problems with a delivery
